Tenuta Lochiri - Oschiri - Berchidda (OT) Olbia Tempio
"A farmhouse on the other side of the railway line, south-east of Berchidda, towards a place known as Lochiri, drew so much attention because of its sheer size and of the green fields, full of vine leaves, that surrounded it.
The property was owned by Padre Buonaventura da Calangianus, real name Giacomo Corda, an ancestor of the current owners.
